In 1961, the Braun company sold several table fans.
These fans moved the air horizontally.
This is why the fans are called tangential fans.

The HL 1 fan was a tangential fan.
The HL 1 had a foot that could be unscrewed.
This meant that the fan could also be installed in a car.
