The designer Jeroen Verhoeven from the Netherlands designed this table.

He took 2 very old tables from 300 years ago as an example. With a computer program, he combined the shapes of these 2 tables. The result was a very complex shape.

With a different computer program, the designer started by cutting wood into discs. Then he glued the discs together. It took 741 layers of wood to finish the new wooden table.

The designer wanted to combine the past and the present: he used old table shapes and new technology. In total, there are 20 pieces of the Cinderella Table.
